Travel advice for travelers | Safe Travel

Updated: Mar 29, 2020

This blog will provide information about which all countries/ territories you should avoid traveling in next few months and travel essentials due to the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) across the globe. A number of countries and territories are currently experiencing an active outbreak of COVID-19 which originated in Wuhan City in China.

Your safety is number. 1 priority. Nothing is more important. Over the past few weeks, WHO organization & teams have been monitoring, assessing, and managing the risks of COVID-19 (coronavirus) to our communities.

To all my readers I would advise avoid traveling to following locations considering the spread of the epidemic disease.

COVID-19 may be spreading faster than you think; "but your hopes and courage to fight against the disease should be spreading beyond it."

Basic protective measures

Wash your hands frequently

Regularly and thoroughly clean (#hygiene) your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

Why? Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.

Travel tip: I would recommend all my travelers to carry a hand sanitizer during your travel.

I recommend you to purchase your hand sanitizer from here.

Maintain social distancing

Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.

Why? When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease.

Practice respiratory hygiene

Make sure you, and the people around you, follow good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Then dispose of the used tissue immediately.

Why? Droplets spread virus. By following good respiratory hygiene you protect the people around you from viruses such as cold, flu and COVID-19.

Travel tip: I would recommend you to wear safety health masks to avoid spreading the viruses to others.

I recommend you to purchase your safety masks from here.

Finally I would say: "Protect yourself and those around you"
