The Beauty of London: Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace in London is one of the most visited point of attraction in United Kingdom. Built in 1703, it has served as the official London residence of the UK’s sovereigns since 1837 and today is the administrative headquarters of the Monarch. This blog will take you through the most classic point of interest in London that you will experience as a tourist.

Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace is located in City of Westminster in Central London, which takes around 20 - 30 minutes from East Ham depending upon the type of commute you choose. I would recommend Jubilee line in underground as it is the fastest line to get to there. Tickets would cost £2 - £4 and journey time is 30 minutes. Please visit the official visit https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/about-tfl/culture-and-heritage/londons-transport-a-history/london-underground for more information.

"The English language is like London: proudly barbaric yet deeply civilised, too, common yet royal, vulgar yet processional, sacred yet profane. -Stephen Fry"

Visitors have the option to enter the Buckingham palace and experience the grand royal life inside during July to October of the year. You can explore the magnificent State Rooms which are next planned to open to visitors in winter 2020 for Exclusive Guided Tours. The ticket cost would vary from £26.5 - £49 depending upon you choose to visit state rooms or royal day out. Please visit the official website https://www.rct.uk/visit/the-state-rooms-buckingham-palace to book tickets and for more information
