Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
· Spinach (Palak) finely chopped - 2 cups
· Methi (Fenugreek) leaves finely chopped - 1 cup
· 2 #onions finely sliced
· #Rice flour - 1 cup
· #Maida - 1/2 cup
· #Oil to fry (as needed)
· #Salt (as per taste)
· 2 tbsp chilly powder
· 1 tbsp coriander powder
· Cooking soda - very small pinch
Instructions:
Wash and cut the spinach, methi leaves, onions and keep it for later use.
Mix rice flour, maida, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and cooking soda powder in a bowl
Add little water and mix to make a thick batter
Drop the finely chopped spinach, methi leaves, onions into the batter and leave for 5 minutes
Heat oil in a pan on a medium flame
Flatten it lightly and keep it aside
When the oil is hot, drop the flattened batter and fry until its golden brown.
